Shipping & Returns
Our philosophy is to take care of our customers fairly and reasonably. If you are unsatisfied with our handmade soaps, returns and exchanges are easy! Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details.
Shipping & Handling
Free shipping on all US orders over 75 USD. The minimum purchase amount does not include sales tax. We ship our packages via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days, depending on product availability.
Customers are responsible to ensure all shipping information and address is correct. Incorrect shipping information, once shipped, cannot be corrected and any loss incurred due to incorrect information is not the responsibility of Miche Scott Handmade.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Miche Scott Handmade is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
After the item is shipped, duties and taxes are due at the time of declaration at the local customs at the country of destination. They must be paid and cleared before the package can be delivered to the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.
Due to health protection or hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges of used or opened products.
Please remember we can't accept returns without prior authorization. Please reach out to us via email.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please email us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Unopened or Unused items may be returned provided the products have no visible signs of wear or use. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, OR we can issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping labels are purchased by the customer and are non-refundable. For international purchases, We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 15 business days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Damage Items & Exceptions
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. Our handmade products are imperfectly beautiful and unique.
However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please connect with us via email.
The refunded or exchanges does not apply to products purchased with any discounts, sale, promotions, or coupons.
Late or Missing Refunds
Our card processor returns the refunded amount to your card issuer for transfer to your card or account. We can only verify that the payment was sent. If your card or account has been changed or cancelled, it is the responsibility of your bank, card lender or financial institution to relay the funds to you via the new card, new account, or by bank draft at the counter (most banks offer this service in the event of account/card cancellation). We can only verify by screenshot that the refund was sent, this means it has left our account. However, should there be any delay on receiving it to your card/account, as it varies from bank to bank or card to card, we cannot guarantee how long specifically it will take for you to receive it. The average time is 3-5 working days. If you haven't received it in that time frame, contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to locate the payment.
For international shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: thus a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
